Established our first plant at Kolhapur, Maharashtra with a production capacity of 28 m³/hr, laying the foundation for a leading industrial gas company in South Maharashtra.
Expanded plant capacity to 40 m³/hr in response to growing market demand, strengthening our ability to serve an expanding base of industrial customers across the region.
Planned and commissioned an advanced new plant at Kolhapur with a significantly enhanced capacity of 100 m³/hr, marking a major leap in our production capabilities.
Became the first company in South Maharashtra to manufacture Medical Oxygen, setting a benchmark in healthcare gas supply through advanced oxygen gas manufacturing plant capabilities.
Established sister concern Deccan Alloy Metal Industries Pvt. Ltd. at Karad, strengthening our presence and extending reliable industrial gas distribution across the Karad and Satara markets.
Commissioned a windmill project at Patan, supporting the government’s clean energy initiatives while undertaking backward integration.
Expanded operations with an ultra-modern 250 m³/hr plant to meet increasing industrial and medical gas demand across our growing service network.
Commissioned the first 45 TPD liquid oxygen-nitrogen plant in South Maharashtra and North Karnataka, strengthening regional bulk gas supply and storage infrastructure.
During the COVID pandemic, KOAPL's plant operators, tanker drivers & staff worked around-the-clock 24×7 shifts to keep medical oxygen flowing to hospitals, helping save countless lives when it mattered most.
